READY TO SHIP

All signature items on our website are available and ready to ship. The glass vessels are meticulously packed for shipping within 72 hours of order completion and address confirmation.

SHIPPING

• Shipping within Canada is free.

• Shipping to the continental United States is free. (Please contact us if you are in Hawaii or Alaska)

• International shipping: Please contact us for an international shipping rate.

All shipping fees do not include any taxes, duties, or fees that may be due upon delivery. All additional fees are the responsibility of the buyer. Customs charges and other applicable fees are determined by the receiving country. Jeff Goodman Studio has no control over these fees and charges, nor can we advise what the final cost may be. In the event the item(s) are shipped as you requested, and you choose not to accept delivery and/or pay the receiving country’s customs charges and applicable fees, the item(s) will be returned to Jeff Goodman Studio at your expense.

RETURN POLICY

ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

Every piece is hand blown and finished in our Toronto studio. Small blemishes or imperfections in the glass are part of the glass blowing process and add to the individual characteristics of each piece.

Please notify us within 48 hrs of any damages due to shipping. Send an email to shop@jeffgoodmanstudio.com with detailed explanation of the breakage and supporting photographs.
